การวิจัยครั้งนี้มุ่งหาประสิทธิภาพและความพึงพอใจในการใช้งาน ระบบติดตามและ ควบคุมสภาพการทำงานอุปกรณ์โทรคมนาคมระยะไกล ของบริษัท กสท โทรคมนาคม จำกัด (มหาชน) กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้คือ เจ้าหน้าที่ระบบเครือข่ายฯและข่ายสายตอน นอก ผู้จัดการสำนักงานฯ แยกเป็นเจ้าหน้าที่ 25 คนผู้จัดการ 5 คน รวม 30 คน เลือกสถานีที่ ทดสอบจํานวน 5 สถานีจากจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 20 สถานี เป็นการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ใน การวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม 1 ชุด แบ่งออกเป็น 4 ตอน ตอนที่ 1 ข้อมูลทั่วไปเกี่ยวกับสถานภาพ ของพนักงาน ตอนที่ 2 เป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับข้อมูลด้านประสิทธิภาพของระบบ 5 ด้าน คือ ด้านการตอบสนองความต้องการของผู้ใช้, ด้านความถูกต้องการทำงานของระบบ, ด้านประโยชน์ การใช้งานของระบบ, ด้านการติดตั้งระบบและด้านความปลอดภัยของระบบ ตอนที่ 3 ข้อเสนอแนะ และความคิดเห็นในการพัฒนาระบบ ตอนที่ 4 แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจในการใช้งานระบบฯ และข้อเสนอแนะ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ประสิทธิภาพในการทำงานของระบบติดตามและควบคุมสภาพการทำงานอุปกรณ์ โทรคมนาคมระยะไกล 5 ด้าน มีประสิทธิภาพดีมากคือ ด้านประโยชน์การใช้งานระบบ ส่วนด้าน การตอบสนองความต้องการของผู้ใช้ ด้านความถูกต้องการทำงานของระบบ ด้านการติดตั้งระบบ และด้านความปลอดภัยของระบบอยู่ในระดับดี 2. ความพึงพอใจในการใช้งานระบบติดตามและควบคุมสภาพการทำงานอุปกรณ์ โทรคมนาคมระยะไกลอยู่ในระดับมาก การตรวจซ่อมวงจรขัดข้องทำได้รวดเร็วขึ้น สามารถตรวจ ซ่อมวงจรได้มีประสิทธิภาพดีขึ้น และเห็นสมควรให้ผู้วิจัยพัฒนาระบบดังกล่าวนี้เพื่อให้มี ความสมบรูณ์เพิ่มขึ้น และนำมาให้บริการกับอุปกรณ์โทรคมนาคมตามสถานีต่างฯต่อไป |
